The World What Happens If Prices Continue to Fall?

Here in Latin America [Ecuador], where we use mid to low stocking densities, I hear production costs of $1.10 to $1.60 per pound [depending on harvest size] to produce 18-gram shrimp.  I wonder how Southeast Asian countries like India, Indonesia and Thailand are dealing with current prices, which have been falling for some time now?  What will happen to prices if a big player [like Thailand] recuperates from its production problems?
