BSc in Biology or a related field (Marine Biology, Aquaculture, etc.) who also has some practical aquaculture experience, works well with minimal supervision, and is interested in conducting applied research in an off-campus location. A driver’s licence and personal vehicle are essential for travel between Saint Andrews and Fredericton. Recovery of neural function in lobsters following exposure to sea lice pesticides The aim of this project is to develop a better understanding of how lobsters recover from sub-lethal exposure to azamethiphos, a chemical occasionally used as part of integrated pest management strategies for controlling sea lice infestations on farmed Atlantic salmon.
